Geos Environment has successfully completed a remediation project at an illegal site of end-of-life tires in Castel Volturno. Commissioned by the Ecopneus Consortium, the company has deployed its expertise to address the environmental emergency, returning a healthier and safer territory to the community.

The recovered tires, over 60,000 kg equivalent to more than 8,500 tires, have been managed in compliance with the strictest environmental safety standards, ensuring their proper and efficient recycling. Thanks to the collaboration with the Ecopneus Consortium, these materials will find new life, transforming into secondary raw materials for the production of eco-sustainable products, such as surfaces for playgrounds and sports fields, materials for sound absorption and animal welfare.

This intervention is a virtuous example of how the synergy between institutions, companies, and citizens can lead to concrete results.
